If you're spending under £250 (edit - not £25!), you're almost certainly going to be better off trying to buy something second-hand in the classifieds here. Looking at the photo of the headset it's not sealed in any meaningful way; if the hubs are similar, then the first week of wet weather the bike sees will probably start to trash components, and once they (and the chainset, sprockets, etc.) have gone, you're probably looking at the cost of the bike again in parts and labour to fix it up.

I've always been a cream on top person, but when I lived in Cornwall I had it impressed upon me in no uncertain terms that this was the one true way; lesser types (i.e. Devonians) put jam on top because they're ashamed of their cream and want to hide it...
