yeah 169cm dwarf here. BUT i'd take toe overlap over bad geometry anytime. i think most size xs-s bikes are ruined by forcefully trying to avoid toe-overlap, most of the times they slacken out the headangle way more than necessery without adapting the fork.
although the real challenge i realised the last weeks was finding a low enough office chair and desk, thats not made for kids. cant image whats it like to bei even smaller.

parts are mostly ok on the tipo pista.
wheelset would be the first thing i'd change with unlimited funds but really not necessary for a start. heavy but indestructable, i still ride the wheelset on my surly steamroller that i got after i sold my tipo pista frameset. i'd recommend riding it until it has some significant wear or start falling apart.
Tires on mine (duro hypersonic 25mm) rolled good but were absolut shit in the rain - if you plan riding in anything but dry conditions i would change these just for safety reasons. unfortunately 25mm was about the max tire size - maybe a 26-27mm could fit but without reasonable clearance.
Regular drop bar levers were a good upgrade, had sram s500 (+jagwire keb sl cable housing) on mine, worked flawlessly with the stock dualpivot brakes.

Besides looking ulgy - does anybody really use these swapout-type dropouts as they are intended? i've had three of them (on-one, dmr, ragley) and it was usually: Setup with what was there and then never touch again.
With all three of them it was a major pain in the arse to source the extra dropouts after the frames were 3-4 years old since nobody stocks dropouts. If yout got lucky it still meant shipping from who knows where and ££££££. And these were all variants that were advertised as "standards" for various frames or even manufacturers.
It is like getting a replacement derailleur hanger for your 25 year old niché-builder frame, but ten times worse.
Way easier to just source the right hub for your axle standard when needed.Maybe if they are used to swap between geared and singlespeed they can make some sense - but then i advise to get them right away with the new frame. Or in that case just go for excenter BB or adjustable dropouts.
