I recently bought a slightly battered but functional Pearson Touche (blue) with a very well worn Brookes Saddle and straight bars from a quite possibly perfectly honest gentleman in a backstreet lock up garage for a low price. Before fixing her up to ride (my third possibly fourth of these - a great frame and I can't leave it alone) just checking if anyone here has recently owned and mislaid such a machine in the London area. Not posting pics so can verify details with any claimants.

Awesome bike! Remember reading a superlative 5 star road.cc review of this bike years and years ago. Too small for me though. I think your price is fair but seems hard to get going rate for anything here these days unless it's a gravel bike!

Anyone feedback on these? I'm assuming they are akin to the Pearson Touche, which I rode around London for a decade, because similar material and geometry.

No. I don't not know what they are. The first owner sourced them from Germany. They are solid and expensive feeling.

Usual protocol is to include a price reduction with your thread bump. It's a lovely bike but a high price and someone would have claimed it by now if the price was right

I had one of these, over 20 years ago. It was really snappy. Sold it to that shop in Leather Lane in part exchange for a Sabbath, which I regretted. Now own a rim brake Fratello and I'll never sell it.

Great bikes these but their resale value doesn't seem that high. You're probably looking closer to £500. Personally I think £650 is well worth it for such a brilliant riding bike as the equilibrium if in good condition but doubt you'll get it anywhere.

Turns out it was all about the bike, or at least my position on it. Different bike with flat bars and better position above the cranks and back to my 30 mile commute (round trip) on 44/16 with no issues!
