My wife did a similar thing. Motorbikes have that yellow elastic thing to remind them of the disk lock. Maybe a similar thing should be used for café locks?

Toast used to do menswear, I was gifted a pair of nice selvage jeans. They are the worst/strangest fitting jeans. Very wide taper. Hopefully the new range is a better cut, because the fabrics are lovely.

Drillcut in Bristol specialise in drilling and demolition of reinforced concrete. Give them a try. I always though bomb shelters were good bike sheds.

Complete on the sale of our house yesterday. We decided to move ourselves and borrowed a van, yes it saved us £2500 but I am now crippled. Now to move into rented flat while the purchase goes through - complications due to the garage being on a different deed which is a bit boring.

I've noticed a few Rad power - Radwagon's on the road lately. Obviously have basic components fitted initially, but with a few upgrades looks like it could be an option. - Never ridden one though, purely observed.

Not sure how 'involved' you want to get. But I'm pretty sure Brain Curtis used to make that style of track end himself. Hacksaw, file, steel plate, tube. I guess a sharpie and a bench vice would help too. Making these small components also makes your end product unique and far more interesting, like Hunter/August/Curtis ect...

We are in the process of buying the flat (see attached) it needs a full refurb, hasn't been maintained in 20 odd years. Will be getting new plumbing/electrics/central heating - maybe underfloor and heatpump ect)
Walls to be removed in blue, new walls in orange.
Its a good space but awkwardly arranged. Does anyone have any other suggestions in a new layout?
Turning the store room into a bedroom, will need the walls/floor membrane tanking, but this also has to happen in what is originally labelled as bedroom 3. Thinking of turning og bedroom 1 into a TV/play room that would have a sofa bed in for grannie to stay on. New bedroom 1 clearly has enough space for a en suite, but not sure best where to place it.

Bit of a sad/odd one - the guy who I bought it off had dementia and for some reason cut off the ends canti mounts, and drilled the game for calliper brakes. Its a surprisingly neat job to be fair to him, and hasn’t caused me any problems. (See photo)
Located in Bristol, not particularly keen on posting if it can be avoided. I travel for work and have a van, so can possibly deliver/meet up.
