Scottish Greens for me.
SNP are pro EU and I'm guessing they will get all the Scottish seats. However the Honey Monsters quest for independence meant I'd rather not vote if they were the only remain choice.
I imagine independence would be a cluster fuck like brexit if it comes to that
At 8pm, there didn't seem to be many names crossed off the voting list up here.

Combination key boxes are rather easy to open, so I woudn't rely on one to keep a spare key safe. With 5 minutes on Youtube, you could probably do one in under two minutes... Its not much harder than actually having the code!
A waterproof case and a non obvious hiding place would be way more secure.

Like most things Wago produce, their junction boxes are great to use.

Decided to try training three days a week, (Sun, Tues, Fri) whilst keeping the same 3 day programme and seeing how I feel in a week or two. The extra weekly volume may help progress, or lack of recovery may slow it down.
With my usual place not open on a sunday, that meant venturing to a new gym and a bit of trial and error finding suitable heights for the J cups and safeties. Day 2 session with Bench and heavy deadlift felt good, which I'm hoping isn't down to the Strength Shop plates being light 😕

Grrrr. Neglected side hung windows, with seized friction hinges, screws rusted to death by the sea air, shit access and the prospect of messing up a freshly decorated room. Only one screw actually unscrewed, the rest were drilled off and ground flush.
Then the first test close with the new hinges, it was binding. My new supply of screws have a slightly taller head, which only became apparent when the weight of the sash was compressing the lower stay. With no access to replace the two offending screws in situ, the sash needed bringing inside again.
2h 15min which was 30minutes longer than my previous nightmare.

Prepping and soldering the conductors is tricky. The shielded pairs were very fragile. We needed to repair a long cable with a damaged connector, by inline splicing on a new end from a short cable. Not fun.
^^^^ or this may help if the solder less connector is too bulky.

Thanks. There's a couple of hidden columns, with the numbers for the drop down lists and also tonnage just for occasional interest.
Normally all the cells are locked, except for the drop downs and current maximums. So it's easy to update PBs after a session, or change percentage lifts if you're having a good or bad day. Without clumsy fingers deleting things by mistake 😬 been there!

Its just an Excel sheet that I created. I just need to update maximum weights (after completing days 2 or 3) and it works out weight. Dropdow boxes for percentages and coresponding weights are rounded to the nearest 0.5kg.
My coach evolved the programme in november, to suit me getting stuck with the deadlift and press.
Bench press to substitute for OHP for a workout
OHP is either intensity, with 1kg increase on the last PB. Or Volume, which is nearly double the tonnage of the intensity day 😦
Squats are based on how stressfull they are to the body 😕, a variation of heavy/light /medium. Whereby the heaviest weight is on the medium stress day, but not many work reps required.
High stress days are fun. A managable weight with lots of reps and possibly a 5th set
Low stress is saving something for the deadlift. -

Nice. It's a good feeling when you get to replace a bunch of small plates with big ones.
How much rest were you taking?
Do you have a spotter/rack pins, so your safe to attempt the last few reps?I had bench with 3x5 @69kg and 5 min rest between working sets this morning, so looking forward to the next session at 70kg and simplified plate math .
Heavy deadlift 5@130kg.
First try using wrist straps and took ages to get them in place. Over thought it all and just managed an inch off the floor. Tried again 5 minutes later and got the full set... roll on 140 in seven weeks time -

Glazing was replaced about a year ago, when the fan was installed (replacing the previous which was around 25 year old glazing plus non-powered vent). The outer pane is patterned glass
It sounds like you probably covered the new low-u glass and a ducted fan is a non starter.
Electric underfloor heating mat?
Dimplex tubular heaters come in 1, 2, 3 and 4ft sizes and can be stacked?

Of course it may be another brand other than loctite , so the red colour of yours may be misssleading.
