No idea what my training zones are, Elite Turno trainer doesn't have power I don't think (speed/cadence) but I know if I'm going for it I hit 175bpmish. 150bpmish I am comfortably spinning so I guess I can use these as a guide?

After some indoor training advice. Managed to crash into a tree on the mtb, fracturing my humerus (upper arm) in 3 places, chipping it, and potentially cracking the shoulder cup as well.

I've been told to ride an indoor trainer but to expect to be off the bike for 3 months at least.

I've never used an indoor trainer but have borrowed one from a mate, I can't push myself too hard whilst recovering but any suggestions on a plan to follow? Want to keep the weight off whilst I get better mainly, and to try and keep some of the fitness up I gained over summer.

Dawes Die Hard MTB - perfect for a new winter commuter, basket bike etc. 52cm seattube, 58cm toptube. Looks to be around '93/94 era, here's a link to a catalogue with a silver version in it

All original Acera groupset, finishing kit, everything. Needs a freshen up but parts look in good condition, even down to the tyres. Some damage to the decals but frame is straight and dent free.

Had to walk, broken humerus will do that to you. Unfortunately the walk is exactly the same way as I write so it's just demoralising.

Nukeproof Team Bus

Have managed to break my arm in 3 places on the big bike so that's me out of this seasons Western CX which is gutting. After a taste last season I was looking forward to giving a fair few of the races a go!

Have got a hole in plasterboard where previous owners have used cheap plasterboard screws for putting up a shelf.

Hole is roughly 25mm x 15mm, is there a quick solution to fixing this other than cutting the hole square and using some backing wood?
