In need of a rear wheel to keep me rolling until I can afford a decent wheel again.

Hey everyone,
Ambrosio wheelset that I bought about 3 months ago for €180. (have an email as receipt)
Never seen brake, a few tiny cosmetic scratches from getting the bike in and out of the house.
Spin true and bearings are butter smooth still.
Based around South East but can meet in central no problem.
Has a very worn Thickslick on the rear and a Zaffrio pro on the front that still has a bit of life left.
I'll leave the 16t Miche cog on there so its ready to run straight away!
£100 ono.

Sorry for dragging up an old thread but anyone know if the wheels they sell are any good? Tensile hubs, Araya rims and stainless steel spokes. No weight given and the spikes makes me slightly concerned but seems like a good price non the less.

Cheers man I'll look into those. Heard the archetype was a decent strong rim at a pretty good price. Aesthetically very nice too.
Was having a look at some of eBay's Chinese carbon fella's. Can get a rim for around £100 there. I'm just very wary about buying something like that

I'm looking to get a new set of wheels for my bike but not sure which direction to go in. I have a budget of about £250.
I was thinking either a set of mavic ellipse's or H plus Son Archetype's built on miche or blb track, I could upgrade to blb kings but that would send me over £300 and not sure if they're worth it. Have people got experience with both wheel sets?
I ride fixed and would prefer a set of black wheels but it's not that much of an issue.
Would be good to hear if you have other idea's for a decent set around that price. I'll happily go pre - owned too.

Hey everyone, I'm on the look out for a rear track wheel. Woulds prefer something along the lines of a Mavic Ellipse or Archetype, but will take anything with a decent hub/rim.
If you have a full wheelset to get rid I'd be interested too,
