With sapim longer nipples don't mean shorter spokes as the nipple is not fully threaded. Are you sure this is the case with alpina. The spoke should still reach the top of the thread of any nipple. I keep 1mm increments from 288mm to 298mm in silver sapim race and from 280mm to 294mm in black Sapim force.

The conti GP4000s cannot be run reliably tubeless. The bead will stretch in time and you could loose pressure mid ride or mid corner.
Only tubeless tyres should be run tubeless unless they are on a MTB and you can use 20-30psi then the bead is safe. Andy what you are doing is potentially hazardous or least potentially ride ruining.

my clubs record for the 12hr is 271 miles which as I use a road bike is unatainable at my level. Dale sturman also has the 24hr club record at 441 miles. That is more achievable now how do I get to that level its only 18.37 mph for 24hrs. Easy in it.... actually how on a road bike I will have to eat on the go, maybe nap while riding. What can I eat on the go thats is actual food - what do folk eat for these. sugary stuff churns my stomach. last year I had to stop way to much and eat pasta, scotch eggs, sausage rolls, m&ms coffee, coke cola chocolate donuts i.e food that took time to eat. Need a better way. 7 months to find it.
I would ride a 12hrs after a 100 miler. last summer I did the 24hr then a week later a 12hr. the following wednesday i raced and got a result. sometimes you can big rides in a row (it did not last though my legs went flat in september)

Tour mag test which one. I like good reviews of Rock n roll lubes for obvious reasons. They have a wet lube too that is very persistent. Rock N Roll is a lazy riders lubes. Only the dedicated degrease chains militant and re lube. Most folk just change chains more frequently than they would otherwise need to.
What was tour testing?
The gold will not last too long in wet weather rnr do other lubes for those conditions.
I dislike lubes that pick the black paste of death. I hate changing chains you see and cassettes in fact doing any maintenance on my bikes as no one pays me for it.

It drove fine yesterday. I am hoping it is the cold that has caused the problem and all will be well when it is warm again. I have tried starting in gear. It wont start it tries to lurch forward. I dont want to damage stuff. That clutch cist me alot of money earlier this year when it went properly wrong.
