Refund on used wheels that's a bit cheaky. Your puncture is not resolved. If your tyres are a tight fit buy some 17mm wide tubeless tape and use that instead of thick rim strip. Thus will make a huge difference and you will be less likely to pinch a tube. Also unless you know where the hole is you will never resolve the issue. Try a different tyre, conti normally fit miche wheels without difficulty. There is nothing wrong with miche wheels it is just you have not resolved your problem. Also sealant will seal most punctures.

I have gone narrow again. just fitted 29x2.1" tubeless tyres to 20mm internal with rims. I had to take the dugast ori tubeless tubular tyres off. two weeks in a row i have had to ride on a flat. Tyre reinflated though at the shop with fresh sealant added.
Tomvanhalen try the Kinlin TL29 rim. it is cheap wide and builds up well. lace them to whatever hubs you fancy for a robust wheelset.

Bought another japanese whiskey Chita from suntory. It's a grain whiskey and the first taste felt harsh. I am drinking some now and it tastes very different. more sutble. It is a light whiskey with a sweet caramel like nose but that does not describe right. it taste like a honey cereal cake with some unknown spices. Damm it's good.

I have tests done at 120 to 60 psi. I need to put it in a table. At £90 per tyre the 28mm tyres can wait. The roadlite comes out best at all pressures.
I have a set of pardones and there I a section of road near my house perfect for aerochung testing. On windless days I will do some runs and see if any meaningful crr comparisons result. I also have other tyres and bigger test is in process. Each tyre will be run till it's dead. The schwalbe one on my sannino were used.last Friday when it was wet. They picked up damage and the front tyre let go all over my parents floor in Italy. Fortunately it tiled. A worm has fixed it for now. Next tyres on that bike are mavic yskion UST 25mm. I am going to have to up my mileage what a shame.

Hippy asked about rolling resistance of IRC tyres I had a hunch but I had no numbers I do now.
Test done at 30kph with a 40 kg load and 80psi
The schwalbe pro one was tested too as s comparison and has a crr of 11.6w but it can't do as many miles or grip in the wet. It is as every thinks a fast tyre.
The roadlite 25mm has crr of 13.7w
The formula pro rbcc has a crr of 15.2W
The formula pro X guard has a crr 18.6w.
The pro light was tested but there is something a miss. Crr was a tad higher than the rbcc tyre. So now I have to IRC the bad news.I have data at higher pressures but since tubeless tyres are ridden at 80 psi or thereabouts that is what is best quoting. So the surprise is the roadlite. I thought it felt gp4000sII quick and it is.

Spyres and hyrd are made for the current cable pull of shimano shifters which shared by all 11 speed. With older shimano levers or campag levers there is still no problem but lever feels hard like a cantilever brake with the straddle cable set very low. I use campag ergo with my spyres and the rear brake is fine. There is a problem with the front caliper as the pads move themselves so I have to readjust every month. Brake pad wear with ebc organic pads is very slow. I have got at least 4000km out of the current front pads. Rears last forever. Tektro pads evaporate even if you don't brake. The wear just by looking at them.
