In a plastic bucket with an airlock. I use some campden tablets to get rid of any bacteria, then use some yeast nutrient. Then just pitch some yeast , I'm using sachets of universal wine yeast from Wilco.

Cider making today, using hand picked local apples and Pears. Bashed ,pulped and pressed around 60 kg of fruit, Hardest days work I've done for a while !

Sometimes it takes a while for fermentation to start. Personally I wouldn't leave it in a sunny place especially if it's a clear fermenter.

I'd probably give it a bit longer. What's the temp range of the yeast ?

That's the worst I've seen it in 20 years, the council did make an effort to clear the drains regularly after it flooded badly there a few years ago.

Worcester Park, bottom of the high street 30 mins ago. Family in the silver car won't get out and were waiting to be rescued by the fire brigade who had just arrived. People in the other car didn't hesitate to get out according to the police.

Something positive at least.....

Went to see a band at the Half moon years ago with my Parents. Had a great night got absolutely trashed. Got home and crashed out in bed, woke up in the night and thought it would be a great idea to piss all over the bed. Went back to sleep and woke up in the morning thinking it was just a dream.
It wasn't, went mattress shopping that day.

Stopped at Siren last weekend, should have bought a few more ! £6 a pop , well worth it .

I had a part time job in Presto/Safeway when I was in sixth-form. Did a bit of OT one day I was in the bakery when one of the butchers came in with a load of steak. First time meeting him ,he asked me to tape the steak to his belly and back . Wasn't even wrapped in anything.
One of my jobs was to reduce the bread at the end of the day to sell the next day, I used to have a regular queue of pensioners who come in last thing for the cheap bread. Sometimes there Wasn't much left for the next morning, closest I'll ever get to being a Robin Hood .

Think how mental it would get if someone switched on a light......

I did a couple last year, took about 2 hours. There are lemon wedges under the skin as well.
