Picked up a groupset from @Slack, anyone got some semi decent 11s wheels?

Just picked up a Soma Smoothie frame, good deal came up and realised I should probably not just own track bikes...

Anyone know what the actual widest I can fit would be? Soma say 28s are the biggest but I feel like that could possibly be squeezed a little?
