Would do but have already spent a tonne on bike fits in the past 2 years. Had one done back in June, after a weeks riding I had a small achilles tear in my "new improved position" so I don't feel like spending more money on them atm

Has anyone made the shift to midfoot cleat and had any success? Am currently recovering from achilles tendinopathy and want a rearward cleat position to place as little stress on my calves as possible.

Does anyone here have any experience with le col sizing? My uni club have gotten a deal on skinsuits for next season and order has to be in by this week. (For reference I am 6'3 with 37/38 inch chest - but wear S in rapha and other brands)

Foolishly cut the steerer tube 3/4mm too short on my winter/commuter bike this morning. I have only 1mm clearance above the stem and wanted 5mm+. I think the only way I can rectify this is with a low stack headset cover / stem - is that right?

If so what headset cover would be required? Bike is a 2012 Trek 1.5 with semi-integrated bearings but I'm struggling to find a suitable headset cover for it.

Bought this off the forum a few months ago but an achilles tear means I won't be building this anytime soon. Has a few small chips from storage, but apart from that it would make a great track bike. NW London. Collection preferred but will post.

Had a play around with : http://www.cyclingpowerlab.com/TyreSelection.aspx and the corsa speed TLR is significantly faster (roughly 30 seconds both with a butyl tube), with the supersonic actually slower than the turbo cotton. The model uses drum data for crr and uses tyre profile to estimate cDa so seems sound enough, although I guess the cda of the tyre depends on wheel width I guess

Anyone had any experiences with the turbo cotton clinchers ? They're quite a fast tyre but just worried if they will have any puncture protection

How long did it take to heal/recover? Have been dealing with this since February and I still get pain >Z3 riding / sitting down for too long

Yeah I think I'll get a trigger point one. Haha I'm in no position (money) to get a regular sports massage, it would just be occasional to sort out my knees.

Yeah, twice weekly lunges, squats and step-ups have sufficiently strengthened them. The initial problem was that I was quad dominant (seat too far forward) so I wasn't using my hamstrings or glutes when riding.

I normally foam roll post-ride, I just still experience tightness in the hard to reach areas though (inner thighs etc). I use a cheap ebay foam roller though, maybe I need something more robust
