Can anyone recommend somewhere/someone that does a sports massage in NW london or thereabouts? Had a physio check up yesterday and was told my glute/hamstring weaknesses have been rectified but that the tightness in my quads will continue to give me knee pain.

I checked at work ( private hospital ) and it's £40 for 1/2 an hour (staff price) - is this the going rate? Anyone you guys could recommend ?

Point taken - still going to call PX tomorrow to see if they will swap them for the tubular set. Just think they will be more durable/safe long term

The rolling resistance / weight differences seem almost negligible, I was just worried about the safety of a carbon clincher

So nothing to worry about then? I only have one brake as the p4 rear brake is useless

Are concerns about carbon clinchers vs carbon tubs dated ? I.e. stories of the braking surface collapsing etc. For reference the wheels I have ordered are a planet x trispoke & disc - would tubs be a safer option?

Cheers, pretty sure these wheels are not tubeless ready however. I think I will go for clincher + turbo cottons - the crr values seem to be better than some tubs and will work out cheaper than having them glued + expensive tubs

About to buy a disc wheel for next season & torn between clincher & tubular versions. Is there much in it in terms of speed? I know clinchers have bridged the gap (supersonics, turbo cottons) but is the consensus still that tubs are better for TT or are the differences neglible? (I would prefer clinchers as they will work out a cheaper option)

These are the best alloy wheels I've used - next to the zipp 101's. Aero, very light and very stiff - despite what you might think about the spoking.
The braking is fantastic and they handle really well. Last year I had new bearings installed and then bought a new set of wheels so they have been sat unused since.
Tyres and inner tubes not included, but can throw in some mavic tyres if wanted.
