No worries. I only know because the fella in the bike shop actually demonstrated it to me when he was explaining how to fix tubeless tyres :)

Yeah, you put the anchovy in when the tyre is on the bike and inflated. If the tyre is inflated then the stabber tool is not going to be long enough to reach to the rim tape. I trim off the excess with a little knife (that came with a Weldite tubeless repair kit) although you can of course just ride it off.

Hackers from the Dutch intelligence service AIVD have provided the FBI with crucial information about Russian interference with the American elections. For years, AIVD had access to the infamous Russian hacker group Cozy Bear. That's what de Volkskrant and Nieuwsuur have uncovered in their investigation.
