Hi its looks like you've only lost a little grout so I would simply clean out the loose debris and get some new put in, there will be movement if left as is, you could put some foam in but I think this would be a bit overkill and the new grout should stop any further movement,

Yes I know what he meant lol, the point I was trying to make from my experience of planting treees, with added stuff and different methods like one tries, I simply find that staking and planting to the right height are far more important than adding bonemeal fungi etc, I'm not saying they don't work or help but you can plant a tree without and get perfect results, I do believe that with too much goodness in the planting hole doesn't encourage the roots to spread out, cheers
