I'm in a similar situation, loads of credits but never seem to be able to get into any of the books, the added variable of getting on with the narration seems to half the potential listens. The best I had on Audible was The Nix, Nathan Hill.

As above. Generally good visual condition, though not immaculate. One of the speakers has some small dents in the cones, doesn’t affect sound.

Only getting rid of these as I’m moving and would like to take as little as possible with me.

I’d only really like to sell the speakers and amp together, as I don’t fancy holding onto one when it’s redundant without the other.

No idea what the value of these is now. It was close to 1k new for the lot I think. £175 reasonable?

Ta for the tips @ExTra and @pjhobs . I'm going to try find a cat fountain that most accurately imitates a running tap, then load that bad boy up with (a little bit of) tuna juice. She's also 17 years old, and I suspect a creeping deafness is playing a role in the decibels she has taken to emitting.

Ah, it's good to know there are other people out there facing such testing times.

Does anyone have any experience with a cat that refuses to drink from a bowl? Mine will happily sit in the sink and yelp for 30 minutes waiting for the tap to be turned on. I'm torn between resisting in order not to encourage it, and turning the tap on for the sake of my own sanity. I've tried the fountain bowls to no avail. The noise is seriously testing our relationship :(

Inside Line Equipment Rack Bag. Only very lightly used (couple of months riding at most), bit grubby, but will clean up. Capable of carrying quite an astonishing load. Looking to sell my macbook pro 13" as it doesn't see much use anymore. I've owned it since new, and it's only really seen light home office style use. It's just had a brand new screen (i.e the whole top half of the laptop), as the anti glare coating had rubbed off in places. This was done by Apple, under warranty.

There is some small chips, which I've tried to photograph, but other than that it's pretty clean.

2.6GHz Intel i5
8gb ram
125gb flash storage

Will be wiped and have the OS reinstalled.

Never sold a laptop, so slightly unsure of their resell value. £550 ? Will include a protective Thule case, which I've left at work so no photos.

Considering getting a Brompton, but the secondhand ones seem to be around 80% of the cost of new. Can any Brompton owners tell me if this is the norm? Or do I just have to wait for it to rain for the prices to fall?

I was one of Andrew Tyrie's consitituents at the time of Brexit. I wrote a letter to him, going on about how dissapointed I was, how I held his party to blame, etc etc. He wrote back in what sounded like an equally disappointed tone, explaining how he would now be pressuring his party to make it known how they intended to proceed with the whole mess, and the options that should be immediately taken off the table. He's probably sent me about 3 letters since with updates... Good MP, shame about the rest of his party.
