Okay so we are in a bit of a predicament. A mate lost the only key to his lock, and is now quite fucked. I borrowed the biggest bolt cutters I could find at work and they barely made a scratch. Help pls.

On looking them up they look to be able to clear up to a 2.5 - definitely the clearance, then. Beyond that, are they the ones you’s would recommend?

I’ve been considering those Magura hydraulic rim brakes. Has anyone used them and have any idea what the tyre clearance is like?

Okay so the plan was to get started on this build this month, but my dream guitar came up on eBay this month, so I just had to have it. Since this is the case, I may have to sell my Kona, to fund this project.

Yeah I think whoever ordered this guitar wanted it to look like a Black Machine B6. Though I think the reason it looks like a Black Machine is because of the headstock, which they also use on Ormsby guitars.

There are a few people, though, who have remarked that Black Machines, and the Siggery guitars which are supposedly modelled after them play very similarly, the only difference being that Black Machines usually use Oil City pickups, whereas Siggery custom wind and calibrate their pickups for the intended use case. Since I believe this guitar to have been built to be an all out shred machine, I think I’ll be happy with it.
