just WOW!! your bike is fukin nice! thats the setup i was going for, 1x with cable disk brakes to keep it on the cheap using stuff i have laying around, idea was to also get some kind of front rack to attach the ortliebs

but for now i have wheel-building problems... old spokes and nipples make the spoke key slip all the time.... cant really true de wheel... probably will need to get new spokes or canniballize some other wheel -

plan is to make 1x with drop bars and one silver shifter bar end, they are not indexed so for now i am going to mix and match everything, not worring if its road or mtg

built the wheel-set with shimano deore with some medium profile rims, one will be rattle canned black to match the other one
