(Not a knowledgeable with watches but have followed this thread and grown an interest since March and my last bday) - what do people think about recreating the 321 movement? To my limited knowledge, it's highly desired and respected movement, but from the 60s; so surely it can't be as good as a modern movement in terms of accuracy, power reserve and stuff? To me it sounds like putting a s54 BMW engine in the latest m3.

3) Worth mentioning at this point that the garage at the front is really tidy but it hasn't got space to keep my bike tools and stuff unfortunately.
The thing I want to do is get one big shed to replace the existing one and use the underused space in the garden. Then have the annexed part of the house empty and not need tools in the hallway, to create an office or guest bedroom. Bonus pics here are some sheds built by my friend's step dad (they have 3 in their garden, two pictured) and add in cool front doors. He is retired and I'm sure would do mates rates on a custom shed to fit the area and have a big wide door. -
2) The annexed part is a complete mess, as evidenced by the pictures. Old man argues that half of it is just rubbish and the space just needs decluttering and organising. The shed has some rubbish in it but is mainly just storing lawn mower, rakes, 3x bbqs, plant pots etc. No shed inside pic on hand.
I keep some bike stuff in the hall which is annoying -

@ExTra thanks! Am planning on sorting out a load of photos over the summer and learning how to do it properly. Only have a small SSD so want to keep stuff in the cloud neatly in folders / on an external hdd that I can move between PC and mac with.

I prefer the notchback versions like this http://www.stanceworks.com/2015/09/paul-holsts-1965-volkswagen-type-3-notchback/

@root to me that top left lug looks shorter and fatter than the one top right. May have been ground down when polished at some point in its life, or it could just be the photo

@ExTra Thanks very much. Sort by name worked, I should have thought of that.
Also completely agree ref photos, especially being newish to mac from windows and being an android user. I haven't invested time in playing with it but it amalgamates all my photos into one big thing and makes things like attaching a photo to an email much harder than a file (IMO).

Anyone watch any watch youtube? I think Adrian (Bark & Jack) makes cool/accessible videos and his new sub is ace. Also respect he took the plunge to quit work and do what he enjoys with the youtube and nato straps.
Listened to his first podcast which was actually super interesting. However, checked out his guest's channel (Paul Thorpe) and there is so much wrong with the one video I watched of his lol - how he doesn't account for watch inflation for starters.. Really stupid basic question, please can someone help! Basically imported some photos to a mac from a DSLR but not to photos; they are just in a normal folder. I have deleted some of them, and wherever there was a deleted photo, there is a now a gap. They're all in chronological order still so didn't want to change anything on the sort by section.

Need to say a huge thanks to @Markyboy for his advice a few months ago on the Scotland touring route. Incredibly helpful and just finishing up a 10 day tour, which unfortunately happened in the car. Few pics from 1 afternoon on the coast road a852 from Ullapool to Applecross and one Airbnb host's Royal Enfield collection in Scalpal (on Harris).
Happy to share in detail and the small changes I'd make plus bnb/restaurant recommendations. -

Tempted to dedicate a morning to reading this entire thread to get clued up, having discussed data and encryption with a chap at a bike coop we both volunteer at.
Does anyone use signal over whatsapp? Just watched 'The Great Hack' tonight and its really scary being so naive
