trying to rehabilitate a lovely all city frame- anyone got any mini-V brakes going &/or a rim brake 11 speed preferably 650b (or 700c) wheelset going with not too much rim wear/decent bearings?

open to suggestions.

these are great frames- similar to my tempo of the same era. comfy and smooth. great for touring and audax.
