Sorry about the delayed responses, I was out since posting the thread, with the parts in my bag, and the Nitto Jaguar Stem has sold, and the seatpost/saddle has sold.
I still have the Hatta Swan Bottom Bracket, the Nitto Risers are sold pending payment. Still have the wheelset, and the 16t cog. Sorry all for the slow reply.

Wheelset
Set of old Tubular French Track Wheels.
Both are Mavic rims, front is a normandy high flange hub, rear is a Milrem hub.
These have not been ridden since being in my possession, they do not have air in them. There is no indication to me that they are not perfectly rideable.
