You've probably watched the original Wintergatan video of the dude playing music on his crazy marble machine:

He's been building a successor to it for the past three years with weekly updates. It's pretty close to completion now but if you want something to binge watch, there's 120 episodes of its construction: e: click the link, microcosm doesn't like embedding playlists

He doesn't upload all that often but this guy's done two series that are really worth a watch and he's planning more. A trip across Europe with a mate spending as little as possible and using as many types of transport as possible. There's loads of similar stuff on Youtube but his personality and commentary over the videos really carry it:

Definitely not a kids film, but my Dad let me watch Akira with him when I was 5 or 6. This scene gave me nightmares for at least a month afterwards:

I have about 3000 mainly commuter miles on my 38mm gk slicks running them tubeless. I had to warranty the rear after ~500 miles because the casing seperated but I've only had 2 punctures that both sealed before I needed to pump them back up. Definitely not as durable as the tyres I replaced (pasela tourguard) but so much nicer to ride. I'm happy enough with them that I'll replace with the same when I wear these out.

Yeah I just use cheap amazon scales, they can be hit or miss and I've had ones that refresh too slowly to be accurate or die after a couple months. Currently using These which are the best I've used so far. I have the 500g/0.001g variety but I imagine the 3kg/0.1g version would be fine too.

Small etap-only Festka. Nice but pricey.

20g of coffee in the portafilter for 40g of liquid out in 25-30 seconds is the ballpark to aim for. I usually weigh about 18g of grounds when dialling in a new bean but eyeball it after that. 60ml is a lot, I'd start with a finer grind.
James hoffman has a couple of videos on it, part 2 came out a couple days ago:

Quite a lot. The keywords to search are "Contrail Radiative Forcing". If you don't have any kind of journal access and find something you want to read let me know and I can probably get it. I don't really know anything about the subject though.
There's also this ebook: https://www.ksp.kit.edu/9783731508960 (don't know if you can download the PDF without journal access, can send you it if you want) which isn't peer reviewed but looks slightly more accessible than the handful of papers I glanced at.
