The medium is 1 cm lower and about 1cm shorter,it was the closest to my 54..it's a nice frame if you consider the price,welding and finish is good.only the paint is thin and the decals are just stickers,but I dont mind since the frame is sound.
Not too nice,sealed bearings last longer and no maintenance.in bad weather the front brake will wear the rim faster,but not having to regrease hubs is nice
At low speed the wobble is because the front wheel is almost unloaded(front braking unloaded is always scary),imperfections in tires and steering tolances make it worst
Personally i hate the damper,slower steering and less feedback from the front wheel.they are useful if you load around 100kg regularly as they avoid the ftont wheel to turn over 180° when doing tigth manouvers
