I'm going to stick out my neck an say that although I agree vis a vie cargo pants, I think the 2020 Perfetto looks ok (maybe the tighter fit takes away some of the crinoline effect). The prior model that turns into a gillet is not so good...

Seems like I might need to learn how to adjust cantis! I guess it's really a blessing in disguise, as maybe it'll make learning to bleed, tubless and bike electrics seem like a less daunting task.

Plan som far is to add some second hand etap, add CX9 s as I've realised that I'm not patient enough for cantis, wolftooth roadlink and possibly a carbon fork.

@pdlouche was kind enough to make me a zipped tote that's basically the same size as the hardcase, if I want to combine train and bike touring

This is mine! I'm very happy with how it turned out. Fits perfectly in the rack. Liner and contrasting inner pocket makes it easy to get a clear view of things. Usually holds an ironed shirt and pants on it's way to work (that doesn't wrinkle) + shopping on it's way home.

Has so far dealt with commuter rain admirably.

The process dealing with user71349 was really straightforward. At one point I changed the specification to add the inner pocket and that didn't pose any problems. Also the securing loop under (that means that it will also work on a porteur style rack) , velcro for the rolltop and the fastening on the front, were added without me asking for it, and really makes it a more versatile! All this at competitive price compared to similar bags and custom is noteworthy.
