There's a newish shop in chiswick that planned to start painting and already had a framebuilder in house.
Pi squared bikes confusingly the front sign says Bike. (Dot).
Me no understand.
Might be worth investigating.
Otherwise vaz isn't too far.
I've even seen some polish guys in southall doing bikes in an accident repair place for cars in there spare time. Nice guys and I saw them restoring a vintage mini great finish in proper booth not a shed. -

This makes my blood boil.... the meeting is being adjourned because it may compromise the public enquiry? The whole point of a public enquiry is to make things public and impartial.
The high court made it clear that media should be allowed to be there.... clearly saving there own skins .... For the time being.
So much cloak and dagger going on. I'm surprised people haven't rioted.
Have people forgot what a disaster it was all they seem to care about is there careers. -

I just found out that London's very own witcomb cycles trained ben serotta and three other American frame building pioneers Richard Sachs, Peter Weigle and Chris Chance.
Many people then trained under those and it eventually built created a whole frame building industry in america personified by nahbs show every year, with its blingtastic creations, and now many young British framebuilders now look to America training and inspiration. Now that most the old school builders have withered away.
It's funny how much influence a little shop in deptford has had. -

That welding looks incredibly clean almost no tarnishing what so ever.
Is this all because of the inert nature argon or the fact that the argon is cooling the weld quicker reducing oxidation.
It seems to be a shame to paint it
Can I ask about the tubing is 853 main triangle and columbus and deda rear stays? This option seems to me popular amongst framebuilders but may I ask why? -

I've got a frame that runs an external brake cable along the top of top tube.
That is the inner and outer and it has 3 metal cable holders to keep the wire in place.
My question is there some sort of off the shelf solution where by I can convert the first and third cable holder into a cable stop it shouldnt be to hard to make and would clean up the look somewhat as less outer cable would be visible. -

I hope there is an opportunity to connect waterloo with the Southbank like the old elevated walk way there uses to be through the old shell centre, and eventually connect to the hungerford bridge west side.
Southbank is so much busier and tourist have no clue how to get there from the station.
And for commuter it give a nice direct and clear route to the north with no crossing or obstructions.
Non cycling points so feel free to ignore.
Couple of days ago there were loads of seats
