I've been properly suckered into Mechwarrior 5 lately. After rinsing MW4 & Mercs for all they're worth as a kid I cannot believe it's taken me this long to get a copy. That perfect roguelike 'just one more mission' vibe but with the big stompy robots I love. Anyone else been playing it over the past four years of absolute ignorance on my part?

Appreciate it - hopefully PID helps a bit but I'll monitor it.
@Stevethecoffee this is exactly the sort of reinforcement I need. Taste > parameters. Cheers

Turns out that randomly messing about with the Gaggia's OPV last year resulted in a perfect 9bar.
Now I've got the gauge and can measure changes, I'm gonna take it down to 7ish bar as 6 seems the internet afficionados choice and I don't want to seem quite as snobby as them. Any input from others who've done this?

Literally just go over to the pullup bar the second you finish a set and crank a few easy ones out then walk back to your main exercise. No need for an extra rest period or anything.
This took me from a max of 8->12 @95kg in a couple of months. I'd rarely do a set of more than 5 or 6 in that timeframe.

Are you certain? I bought one with enough of a leak that rust had pitted the entire underside. I replaced the boiler gasket, which had hardened substantially and needed chiselling off, and there's no leaks anymore.
Edit: this was four years ago so could be misremembering but, like @mmccarthy, I don't remember touching pstat

Mirafit are that kind of level equipment company. No experience with this unit in particular but the brand are well regarded for decent home gym on a budget.
Haney Garcia went well above and beyond expectations.
