Ok so currently waiting for several people to get back about the wheels. Trying to give a fair time for replies. I would like to note I am not open to offers and if you notice a 20 quid difference in full bike and split price that is just to cover the cost of getting the Cranks and bb off. As of now all parts are accounted for but will try and work through the time wasters asap

I would be willing to split if there is interest in all parts. For the full bike I would like to make back what I paid seen as it hasn't been used.

It is worth mentioning there are a few blemishes which were there when I purchased the bike. Hardly noticeable but I did notice so worth a mention.

Also investing or making anew adjustable sink bridge might be a good idea.

It will wear your stone more than its worth. Plus don't assume the chefs inside 'hipster' restaurants are clueless about the tools they use. Though most won't own a decent knife or care for stones

If you get a single stone I would get around 1000 as you can maintain an edge on this without leaving a rough finish

A combi stone is best for a first stone. Course on one side and finer o the other to finish. Something like 1000/400. Higher the number the smoother the finish. I wouldn't buy anything too pricey either.

For mid range pricing anything r2 powdered steal is recommended. Far better than vg10 and is stainless
