My bad! Was just comparing headtube to toptube.

Still pretty typical for a full on road bike if you ask me.. My bike has a 403mm reach with a 562mm stack.

I would go a size bigger than you would normally take to increase the wheelbase and take a short stem with wider bars to keep it easy to handle.

Actually those headtubes aren't that small compared to the top tube.. At least in my size, size 57, the toptube is 575mm and headtube 180mm.

If you put that next to a diverge, which in my opinion is a pretty relaxed geometry, the 575mm toptube gives you a 190mm headtube. Only a 10mm difference. And you get a vulcano spacer/dust cover as well..

Placed the shifters on the bars with the bottom of the lever in line with the bottom of the drops, checked where di2 connector is on the shifters and drilled there.
