I think the only 8 speed mechs that work on 11 tooth cogs are old mountain bike ones. Road mechs for 11 tooth cogs only came in with the first high end 10 speed groups.

I think you'll need a mountain bike one to work on an 11 tooth or a 10 speed road.

Brake levers sorted.

I hunted for ages trying to get a Super Record band on. In the end I got a Nuovo Record band on and swapped the clamp with a Super Record braze on.
