Aha, didn't know about that feature. Makes my Super pre-83 as it has fluted, stamped seat stay caps.
Had a look at the 1986 catalog to find out what groupset could have been on my Master (headset looks like C Record but original wheel -rim is Ambrosio Metamorphosis "Colnago Corse"- has a Record hub old style) so it seems I can keep it era correct by putting a Superrecord on it (so I won't no longer be tempted to spend too much money on a Corsa Record first gen).

@Scilly.Suffolk if TS doesn't want the stem, I'm interested.

Subscribed for the draw for the 2016 Maratona dles Dolomites. Promised my "team mates" to ride it on a bike from the year of it's first edition (1986) in case we are among the happy few that are drawn. :-)

Thanks. In the first place I ride bikes and that's why I decided to get rid of the projects that right now are only frames and parts. I'm keeping another 10 bikes (the ones I completed and those that are near completion) so it's not that I'm ending up with nothing.
BTW: the Ibex frameset can go for 375 euro. As you know what I paid for it, you should agree on the fact I only take a small markup.

I'm a collector , not speculator ,thanks anyway ;0)
than we're two of a kind. Thing is: I'm a collector with more plans than storage space. And since the most recent job changes with more bikes than time. ;-)
@rive_gauche: what you think of 500 € shipped to the UK? Size is 55x55 (CtT).
It's this one (F+F; you can have the group for 100 € more):

Hi you Colnago-amici. I'm having sort of a "Colnago Clearance" as I have been subjected to some professional changes and I won't be having the time for all my bike related projects (and I'm willing to give priority to riding bikes in stead of working on them). So I am selling most of my unfinished (Colnago) projects:
I'm selling:
1 Master Alloy mtb frameset
1 Ibex Steel mtb frameset
1 Master 1991 frameset (Precisa forks)
1 Master 1986 (?) first generation Master frameset (chromed bent Colnago forks)Feel free to ask more info if you have any interest. Don't expect to find bargains ;-) as these are not the frames you find very easily.

I will start with the Master Alloy; other bikes will follow soon.
It's a 1994 Master Alloy (size 18,5" CT). Frameset is in good condition, has some paintchips but no dings or dents (or worse). Comes with a steel straight fork.
I was thinking of 475 euro for frame and forks (+ shipping from Belgium).

Sure straight forks are post 93? I have 2 Masters (I was told they're from 1991, maybe 1992) that have straight forks.
