Oww, okay. Mine needs a 1 inch fork.
BTW, I scored a nice wheelset: Dura-Ace hubs with Mavic Open Pro ceramic rims. Planned to use the rims for an extra set with Record hubs (like the set in my Merlin) but I'm now considering using a Marchisio cassette. Any forum members who used Marchisio with Campy spacers on a Shimano body?

They certainly are! I actually raced with these bars in the early nineties (mainly because as a teenager I was a huge Lemond groupie) but they had been in the spare parts bin for two decades. I decided to use them again because I wanted a platform for a GoPro camera as well as a place to mount the lights during long rides, because I want to keep the top of the bars free for my hands (especially while climbing I go "all over the the place"). Last summer I fell in love with the bars again, appreciating the bend of the drops, the position of the brake levers and - yes - going downhill I even tried and liked the extensions. They're not sexy but exactly what I need.

The frame with matching Deda stem and polished Athena parts is an absolute dream so far, but I agree that low profile rims like TB14 would look way better than Archetype.
Seatpost should be Chorus titanium or Centaur polished steel to match the Campa parts, or polished Deda RS01 to match the stem, handlebar and polished parts.

Sitting quietly in a corner waiting for the canti brakes and some smaller parts to arrive. Bought Scott Drop FL bars off ebay (that's the Drop-in bars without the inward extensions) because I love their shape (hence the drop-ins on my Merlin), dipped the top section in an acidic drain cleaner for 15 minutes to de-anodize the aluminium, then gave it a quick polish to match the bars with the other polished aluminium parts that will go on the bike.
