Homemade ravioli the other night, featuring:
Traditional spinach and ricotta filling with a simple tomato and shallot sauce
Leek and goat cheese filling with butter, sage and almond flakes sauce (picture missing!)
Nice contrast of flavors between the delicate first one and the more constructed flavor of the second one.

Forgot to mention this on here, I was in Belgium over the bank holiday weekend.
Nice flatlands, too nice, too flat. I was bored of it after day 1 (which was also the least flat of the three scheduled.)
Took the train to Lille, then rode to Oudenaarde and Geraardsbergen from there.
Day two was from Geraardsbergen to Bruges via Ghent. The bit from Ghent to Bruges along the main cycle way on the canal is probably one of the most boring bits (50km) I have ever cycled.
Day three we were supposed to cycle back to Lille, but gf knee wasn't on the same page, so we ended up taking the train back.Overall not too impressed with Belgium aside from magnificent cycling infrastructure, beer and chocolate.

Wow, how trustful of you to leave it all to the Garmin! ;)
I'm planning on doing this: http://www.aukweb.net/events/detail/16-888/
Unfortunately I have just picked up a second job, so rather than being "in between" jobs I am currently crushed between two jobs. #nofreetime #muchjealous

Very pleased with the Revelate Tangle bag (thank you @KT_Bee)! You need a bit of practice to learn how to fit it in a timely manner, but very good sturdy fixing, as well as easy to open zippers. Could definitely do with a bigger size, especially for the left side small pocket (could barely fit passports), but it wouldn't fit this frame.
Unrelated, I started taping the frame with electric tape to save the paint from being polished away by the rubbing of the Apidura bags (both saddle and handlebar), I tape it and remove it every time I go away for few days. Anyone else is having these issues? Other solutions?

Well, where do I begin from: Belgium is boring.
Endless flatland, soulless villages, repetitive landscape, meaningless after 50km.
This is the basic outcome of our weekend. I hope this was just our experience. Beer and chocolate was great, food better than expected, cycle lanes are alright.
Day 1: Lille to Geraardsbergen. Dodgy section on the canal close to Roubaix, long canal stretch to Oudernaarde. Museum was nice (considering there was a blackout so half of the exhibition was down), route from Oudernaarde to Geraardsbergen was probably the best bit of the trip, few minor hills and the Muur in the end.
Day 2: Geraardsbergen to Bruges. First part from Geraardsbergen to Ghent was alright. Ghent to Briges was awful, in case you ever do that don't do the cycle lane along the canal, it's one of the most boring places I've ever cycled.
We were supposed to cycle back to Lille from Bruges on the third day through Ypres but my gf's knee decided it had enough, so we took the train back to avoid stressing it more.
Apologies if I'm hurting feelings here, I am not going back specifically for cycling in Belgium.
