Been riding around the new partsbin singlespeed commute for a couple weeks and finally had my camera with me whilist on the bike. (On my way home from an arvo of drinking beer whilist waiting for le tour to pass by, happy times, so excuse the pics.)

Needs less chain slack I see now, some kind of shorter and more level stem and defo a rack. Really need a nice looking slim rack, if anybody has a cheap solution, welcome to take.

Trying to work something out in my mind and wondering if anybody has any experience with it.

I live in Ghent, which sucks balls for riding due to cobblestones everywhere and tram rails also everywhere.
So I was thinking of converting old mtb to singlespeed, but was wondering if a front porteur rack would work with a suspension fork...

Just for the info, you can get a bluetooth module that connects with the dockconnector so it can pair anything modern. Have the same setup in the kitchen here, works great.

Keen to so to what you build these up to, might do the same for my aero project build.

Might take on a track project but the frame comes without a fork.
Had a quick google for a nice 1" carbon replacement but options seems limited.

Want to make the build as light as possible with a rather tight budget.
Any tips would be nice!
