The Autour du Luberon looks stunning. We did a section to bring us back from Apt to Cavaillon (we took the greenway out there). It’s 240km total. There are a few steep parts but my partner managed and she doesn’t do a lot of cycling.
This is the route we did, out on the greenway and back on the first part of the Autour (in reverse)

Ok it’s a Bluetooth issue on iOS 13. You need to go to the main settings app, find the ELEMNT app, and allow it to use Bluetooth. I hadn’t noticed, it must not have been connecting to my phone for ages - I’ve been syncing routes from RWGPS via Wi-fi.
For more context the app wouldn’t even recognise the QR code. A lot of apps have been asking to use Bluetooth after the update but ELEMNT wasn’t so I didn’t suspect.

I have 44cm Specialized hover bars with a flare and Shimano levers. My bigxtop bag can interfere a bit with gear changes - would be impossible with vertical bars. I had to have it perfectly centered.
I don’t really like the look of that Specialized bag - looks like no handles or shoulder strap? Also not very expandable?

We are about to complete and went on a 2 year rather than 5 year for exactly the reason of eventually moving to Ireland, the main reason we’re in London is she’s in a great position with work.
Keep the Camberwell place and rent in Ireland? My partners parents moved back from the US last year to Galway, it took them better part of a year to find a suitable house, and they were well positioned with cash from selling their house - they got their place by being local. So, my guess is that even without the blockers you have, with the shortage of supply over there you might have a hard time finding what you want anyway?
You’re right it’s a different kettle of fish to over here where Brexit is pushing prices down. I can only imagine full brexit is going to screw Dublin and the suburbs even more with supply moving to address to the higher end for misplaced finance people.

Yeah I suppose so, do an Israel/ Spain. The idea seemed unthinkable not that long ago
@Malaconotus thank you. I suspected almost as much (population density, more crossings) but 275 really does beggar believe.

It is a lot more difficult. Part of the GFA balancing act is to respect the identities of the communities involved. Easy travel and trade is part of that. Also the less physical signs of the British state the less things there are to attack.
The physical border is another problem - an everyday journey may take on road(s) that criss cross it many times - I’d assume this would be similar on the Scots-English border?
Another issue with NI is the danger of unionist terrorists. Rangers fans aside I dunno if the Scottish unionist community had such a violent element as in NI, but I really don’t know so happy for someone to correct that.

Oh right, i didn't know amazon basics did lightening cables. There was something about cables sold as being Apple that were fakes as well - via marketplace like you say. I buy Anker cables, but wouldn't buy a random brand or something sold by a random 3rd party via marketplace, for exactly the 'kill people' scenario
-
Forgot I booked these, and now cannot really make it. Seats B17 - B18 which should be pretty good. It's practically sold out for the foreseeable (seems like single tickets for the non-sold out dates). It's 2x60 minute sets back to back.
I paid £57 for them - take them away from me, go to this, feel smug, for £50.
-
There was a study done a while back on iPhone cables bought from amazon professing to be certified but turned out to be nothing of the sort. Amazon (like Facebook) claim to be the platform rather than the supplier in a lot of instances, like when it’s ‘fulfilled by amazon’ or sold through amazon marketplace. I don’t trust them

Yeah the guy who makes it is unabashedly Apple-centric
WRT missing podcasts, if the creators publish it to the iTunes feed, which almost all podcast apps use, then it will be mass available. I don’t like the idea of platforms creating content so they can keep it to themselves, but I guess otherwise they’re all reliant on ads, sponsors, and patreons to survive.
Is it pocketcasts that was taking content without permission and splicing their ads into it? Also, the acast jingle is getting to me
How do the explore shoes size up? Reviews on the site suggest they come up a touch bigger than Shimano.
Edit and are they comfy? Reviews are pretty positive.
