Last update before locking the conversation.
Filled the seattube and forks with penetrator. Left it for few days. Then went to vice.Seatpost. Pretty straight forward. Clamped the seatpost and started to rock the frame. And the thing popped out.
Stem. Clamped forks in a vice as close to to headset as I could (brake hole). And started hammering the quill. Took quiet some time but when it started moving it was all good.
TLTR. Penetrator, vice and big ass hammer did the job.

@duncs, guy registered just to ask this question, give him a break.

@pdlouche Just in case, by any chance you remember who was that person?
Caustic soda is not an option for me, as I would melt myself :)

@|³|MA3K - Sending back is not really an option. I paid next to peanuts and it came with surprisingly good wheelset. Wheelset is worth what I paid for the whole lot. But then I got that idea maybe I could use the frame as the worst of the beaters :)
@BensBikeBits - unscrewed it, tapped it with a hammer, heard the bottom bit of the quill falling off. But no luck. And i can clearly see corrosion where stem meets fork.
@mjw1988 - fork lookin good, no signs of crash
Will try a penetrating oil bath and then attack it tomorrow with a monkey wrench :)

Long story short. Received a cheap fuji feather frame and then realized why its so damn cheap.
1) Wrong size seatpost hammered in. (Clearly can see/feel that seat tube is deformed)
Options:
a) hack saw out the old one and get same diameter new one.
b) cut the old one at the top and source smaller diameter quill seatpost.2) stuck quill stem. Will try to remove it with coke/PlusGas/extra force but if those fail. Then cut off the stem and get a new forks. Did I missed any options?
In overall. I want something cheap to get from point A to B. Is it doible or should I call it a day, take the loss into account and toss the frame instead of flaming Current Projects?
