Idahoan Instant Mash, Lidl/Aldi cooked lentils in pouches, angel delight, curry / Dahl pouches, dates, tinned veg (already cooked, so dinner is ready sooner)+ tinned tomatoes and some herbs, rice noodles (ready a lot quicker than pasta). Microwave-able rice takes 2minutes on stove.
Chocolate custard powder and dried fruit.

If you buy readymade hiking meals, I'd stick to the puddings, or totally avoid anything that has mash as a component.

It likely won't flower for several years post transplant, I think I'd just save myself the bother and the backache of digging out, and plant new.

I was given 4 stubby plants in September, and we planted them straight away. So there's now a 'wall' of them at back of the bed, and we planted roses in each gap but towards the front of the bed.

We'll give them a bit of a trim but happy for them to go a bit wild to start with. (Second photo is from April)

Visually some great cool bits last night, water tunnel scene especially, but also some awful (IMO) bits.
