Amazed at how many cyclist cycling in and around Dartmoor yesterday weren't wearing gloves or winter tights it was bloody freezing and with the wind it was artic. Maybe I'm just a soft southern jessie, but they were making me feel cold and I had full winter walking gear on.

The problem we have had with a few of the UK based rescue centres is that they can be quite slow in getting back, I appreciate that they are volunteer based but when you have left phones messages, email and social media post regarding a dog only for a few days later to be told that they have already gone it's a bit of a pain. Some of the places I spoke to had a kinda we are doing you a favour rather than the other way around. The rescue centre we are hopefully getting our dog from have been really on the ball, from the initial enquire on Wednesday last week, to a home visit next Tuesday with a possible date of the mid of Nov, is a pretty quick turnaround, maybe we have just been lucking and it's worked out well for us but I think the non uk places seem to run that bit better.

So we have just applied to adopt this little chap, a rescue from Romania. Home check arrange for next week, pass that and the little bugger will be ours.

Have Rapha altered there sizing? Have always been a medium in both jersey ans bibs bought a new core jersey and bibs in medium and they fell a little sung which is strange as I've lose a few pounds since the last time I bought any Rapha.

Anyone been watching Berlin Station, watched the first 2 episodes pretty good although there is a lot of mumbling and hard to make out some of the dialog.

So even with my Wiggle discount the Rapha Core Winter Jacket and Bibs are £20 more on Wiggle, Rapha doing that as a bundle for £200. £20 for a packet of Haribo is a bit much.

Not a commute but on our club ride yesterday, waiting to turn right from a junction, and a car is waiting to turn right onto the road we are all waiting on, busy road so he'd been stuck where he was for a while, gap opens he bombs through slows down, winds down the shouts you bunch of fucking wankers, gives the sign and speeds off, which confused the hell out of us, felt sorry for his wife and I assume hes teenage daughter who were also in the car. What a poor strange man he was.

Love the fact you can download games at a whim, but boy is it slow. Just bought Horizon Zero Dawn and currently waiting for it to download, only 46GB but has taken nearly 4hrs with another 2hr to go.

There is a new cat on the block here and my two aren't best pleased. Big male tabby, spotted him a few times but he was about when I was in the garden this morning. He came over for a bit of fuss then decided he wanted in and has been sat outside for the last 20 minutes. Was just about to get a photo when he buggered off.
