Hi,
Got this nice 531 Orbit frame up for sale. I have to many projects and need to make some space. It measures 58cm c-c seat tube and 57cm c-c top tube. Hatta headset and Shimano BB. Nice luggs, no dents. 130mm rear dropout spacing, 100mm front spacing, 26.4mm seatpost diameter. The previous owner has been a bit creative with some touch up paint in a few places, overall a nice well built little frame.
Asking SOLD including p&p. PayPal is good.

Thanks all for the warm welcome!
@7VEN that cable housing looks cracking!
I will definitely update and pop pictures up when parts are found and arrive. Going to start the hunt this weekend.
I forgot to say that the frame also came with a 1946 dated Williams C1000 chainset. It's got some good going 'patina', but it all adds to the charm (I will pop some pics up). It's bang on period and from what I can ascertain Hobbs often fitted these on their frames?
@Big_Block looking forward to the advice and input. I have not done such an early build, so it will be much needed and appreciated.
@Stevevw look forward to seeing your 1949!

Hi,
With the kind permission of @7VEN, I thought I would pop my newest project up. I was lucky enough to find this 1947 Hobbs 'Superbe' in my size recently. It has the original paint job and decals. Came with a Lytaloy headset and Bayliss Wiley BB, which I serviced and they are in pretty good shape.
It's going to be quite a slow build as sadly I am neither time nor cash rich, but I am keen to find the period correct parts and do a sympathetic build in keeping with the current condition of the frameset.
All I have purchased so far is the GB girder stem seen in the picture that was a total fleabay bargain. So...................... many pretty things to amass.
