For sale is my Campagnolo Record 27.2 seat post
Its absolutely stunning and in great condition. I've had it cleaned up a little since I bought it, it was good when I bought it but great now!!! And so other than a couple of tiny, and I mean tiny, marks above the maximum height marker and some scratches below the maximum height marker, which you'll never see as it'll be in your frame, its in really nice condition. Its polished with a great luster. Just looking to get what I've invested in it back.
pictures are how I bought it, its shinier now!
was up for £40 Price drop to £35 cash on collection or can meet somewhere in London

It kills me to do this but I need to sell a few of my bikes so:
Up for sale is my 2014 Cinelli Gazzetta Della Strada, complete bike. I bought it new from Mike at Fixed Gear Frenzy on the 13th of Jan of this year. Its a Large, labeled as a 57cm, although its design means it has a sloping top tube for a more comfortable stand over height. The frame and fork are made from Columbus chromoly tubing and its designed for light touring and commuting, with mudguard eyelets and rear seat stay and forks eyelets enabling the attachment of additional racks and panniers.
Although loosely based, aesthetically, on vintage steel style road bike with ornate brazed on water bolt eyelets and brazed on seat clamp, it geometry is much more in tune with a modern compact road, just with a slightly longer head tube for more comfort when touring and commuting. Although labled as a 57cm if you measure it from centre of BB to centre top tube, it measures 55.5cm. Centre of BB to top of the top tube measures 56.5, and centre of BB to top of seat tube measures around 57.5cm. I'm 6 foot 2" with 32" legs and with the seat at its current height it fits great, with plenty of room for the post to go up... or down.
Its completely stock, apart from a pair of Schwalbe Marathon Pros, Blackburn bottle rack, and it currently fitted with a Carradice Bagmen, which isn't included in the sale. The original front rack that came with the bike is not fitted, but is included in the sale. It has dual, CX style, brake levers (great for commuting) as well drop levers and is currently fitted with the original mudguards. I've used it to commute on regularly, as well as a few short tours since buying it and I absolutely love it!
The frame and fork are metalic grey and in good condition, it does has a few small chips in the paint and a couple of small scratches from general use/being locked up, but over all its in very good condition.
The RRP on these bikes is £999.99 at most places, minus the Schwalbe Marathon Pro's and Blackburn bottle rack. I originally had it advertised here for £675, then £650 with some interest but no buyers and so here is the last and final price drop...
£575, cash on collection, ovno
Im in Stoke Newington, London, N16 and happy to donate to the forum if it sell on here

**Up for sale is my early 1970's, Possibly late 60's Bob Jackson Messina
**
Seat Tube ctc 59cm
Top tube ctc 57cm
Reynolds 531I bought the frame set from Jingle Jangle on here just over 2 months ago to build up to up for L'Eroica, but alias I got carried away and bought another L'Eroica bike and so Bob's become an ornament in my lounge, which is an absolute travesty! Heres the original thread, with pictures:
http://www.lfgss.com/thread123384.html
He's very original, crack free and dent free! Saying that he's very much a bike of two half's. As red paint generally doesn't age very well, one side of the frame is pretty good for its age, the other side the red paint has become very faded over the year, taking on a silver hue, I guess the side that face the garage window. The paint does have chips, the decals are all original and chrome is original and pretty good for its age. The frame has some really nice detailing in the brake and chain stay bridges. The rear end has a 120mm spacing = 5 speed rear block... or PERFECT for a single speed wheel! Takes a 27.2mm seat post, the drop outs front and rear are Campagnolo. The frame set comes with a Campagnolo Nouvo heaset and a Campagnolo BB. Ride as is as a daily or get him repainted to make an absolute stunner!
Im looking for £165 for the frame, fork headset and bottom bracket, cash on collection from Stoke Newington, N16, which covers what I paid for the frame set, plus a contribution to the forum. Or £125 for the fame and fork on their own, no headset and no bottom bracket, but again a contribution to the forum from me.
His Frame number is #79** , which I know for a fact is pre 1973 by a long way, as frame numbers starting with # 93** date back to early 1973.
If he doesn't sell for the asking price, then after L'Eroica I'll sell my Quinn and built into my single speed daily commuter!
Cheers Andy

Hi All
I need some Campagnolo pedals to complete my Quinn build for L'Eroica, don't mind Grand Sport, Nouvo or Record but preferably early 70's, but will consider up to late 80's. Top clips would be a bonus. They don't have to be mint, just presentable.
Im in Stoke Newington but happy to pedal anywhere within the M25 to pick the up, cash on collection or happy to pay plus the postage if they are further afield
What Have you got? PM me if possible
Cheers Andy
