in my experience Cinelli measurements simply don't add up! Mines labeled as a 57cm (Large) although if you measure it from centre of BB to centre top tube, it measures 55.5cm. Centre of BB to top of the top tube measures 56.5, and centre of BB to top of seat tube measures around 57.5cm. Best advise is if its not right, send it back.

The Cinelli gazzetta della strada is designed with a sloping top tube, Cinelli measure the frame from center of the bb to top of the seat tube, which measures around 57cm, how ever because of the sloping top tube design center to center measures around 54cm
If you go to the cinelli link below and then click the Geometry button at the bottom, all will become clear

hope that helps
P.S. they do offer a 57cm
Cheers Andy
Sorry to post this on your thread as I'm not interested in purchasing your bike.
But I recently purchased a Cinelli Gazzetta myself off Wiggle. I ordered a 54 cm frame but it has the same sticker a yours the "57 cm top to center". The strange thing is that they don't offer a 57 cm frame. I've allready emailed Wiggle and I'm still waiting for an answer. But I was hoping either you or someone else could help me whether or not I got the right size frame.

Im building my Bob Jackson into a beater to commute on. Im looking for cheap parts!
looking for bull horn bars, old set no 31.8 jobbys.
A nice, but cheap stem (not Sheep), for above bars
Pista chainset, don't mind the company, prefer old style chain sets, pre 1990's would be good, but not really that bothered as long as there in good working order and cheap.
Rear track hub, 120mm, would love a Phil or Paul but would except a Ambrosio or Token... again as long as its cheap!

Right I now have 4 too many bikes... 8 in a one bed flat is proving too many! So here is my L'Eroica Britannia ride:
One very original british racing green R.J.Quinn with lovely lug work and white detailing. Seat tube is 61 ctc, 63 ctt, Its big but its rides lovely! Its a lovely looking bike that rides great. I bought it to strip down for parts to build my Bob Jackson but upon collection I could bring myself to strip it.
Its running Normandy hubs, the rear is a Normandy flip flop hub that (will take a case a 5 Speed block) or a fixed gear on the other side. The rims are 27" weinmann's. The rear mech Campagnolo Nouvo, Campagnolo front mech, Campagnolo chain set, Camplagnolo BB, Campagnolo shifters, Cinelli Bars, 3TTT stem, weinmann brakes, Modolo levers, Millard record copy pedals, christophe toe clips and straps, Michelin tyres.
Supplied with brand new (not fitted) period correct cloth brown bar tape. Since buying it I've had the rear hub stripped, rebuilt and re greased. The gears and brakes have been adjusted and I've ridden 60 miles at L'Eroica, 56 miles on it to Box Hill and back, and a handful of outing to work and around London.
Its by no means a minter, but with a little work it could be a stunning, got a lot of complements at L'Eroica and around Surrey on it.
R.J.Quinn's were built by the brothers of Harry Quinn. Beautifully lugged, nice detailing, great decals. Im 6,2" with 32" legs and its as large as I'd like to go with the seat at its current height.
Sold without my Brooks Saddle, without Carradice Zip Role and without bar mounted bottle rack. Just looking for a quick sale as I've just bought another Bob Jackson. £275, would prefer cash on collection! I know I can break it and get a lot more for it but I can't bring myself to do it, its to original and to nice!
Needs a clean!
