Can anyone recommend a price friendly trainer?

They've been flattened out now, after finding that more comfortable, do you think chopping an inch off the bar would help? Like they're cheap bars i don't really care much about (BLB). I'm happy with the height it's just when stationary waiting to set off.

In fact I'm fairly sure it is 25.4, since I had to shim it I highly doubt it's a full 1mm bigger

I was told 25.4, however I did have to shim it, so you could be right? Though it did feel tight to put in
