How did how you clean it change the third time? I think another problem is that the surfaces are scuffed so the movement of the post creates more particles. Would a light sand with 1200 grit be a bad idea ?

@skinny all bolts are greased and torqued correctly but will try carbon grip in between the halves

Always carbon paste on outside of seatpost and correct torque. Do you mean carbon paste between the halves?

Havent tried the combo on another bike but putting an ear to the seatpost its clear the sound is coming from between the halves

A 9 on the park scale or actually 9kgf ? Seems too low either way

Anyone else had problems with VCLS 2.0 seatpost creaking? Seems like some dirt has worked its way down in between the halves and scuffed up the surfaces. Seems like a massive design flaw if so. Cleaning it out and re-torquing everything didnt fix it, neither did a thin layer of grease
