You’re right, white gold case and clasp, feels very different than steel
I’ve never been into Daytona (it’s was the first time I tried one) but that specific version have always been appealing..
True, this cut is good, but also that dial variation (with the indexes referring to minute instead of hour) is nice looking and unusual..
Sodalite Daytona more often came with diamonds indexes..
Overall those makes it a rare bird, way out of budget unfortunately (50k +) but at least I can dream a little bit

The Seiko seems to get more love, I can understand..
@ChainBreaker I do ! They’re different but I enjoy them for similar reasons, great value (at least IMO), they don’t get much attention, robust, ready for everything..
The vintage snowflake is awesome, but have the weakness of a vintage..
It’s still solid and waterproof but you don’t want to mess around with it, have sea bass etc, knowing you cannot get another dial or handset if something go wrong.. -
