Budget is £250. Condition doesn't matter as long as it isn't awful. Preferably no dents, not bothered about scratches or paint damage.

I have a new plan of action of action for the new year.

First up is the Anchor, this is getting a proper track setup, I will be doing my track induction at Lee Valley hopefully sometime soon and I am planning to use this. The only parts I need for it now are a decent set of pedals, cages and straps, a 16t cog and a decent set of tyres, any suggestions for tyres? Plan is for it to be my Sunday best, I'll probably keep a spare riser cockpit to switch to as well.

The Neil is getting a face lift, it's getting the mack wheels and corima, losing the brake, remove the mudguard. Will be my hhsb.

New up is a new build. This will replace my Neil as my work/beater bike. Got my eyes on something njs frame wise ( if anyone has a cheap 54cm njs frame hook me up). Will be a parts bin build, got a cheap wheelset, cockpit and my stronglight cranks (after I get the French pedal threads retapped). Will get a fork with brake hole so I can run a rack. Hopefully I can get some full mudguards on it

Is that a Concor cr-mo saddle? I bought one at a bike jumble and want to try it. Does yours have a standard clamp size? I tried to fit mine and the rails appeared to be too narrow
