I always loved the 64xx series, their finish on the calipers were unscratchable, and the cranks weeere soo light and elegantly made.

I could build a pretty decent bike with the gruppo, and with DT shifters for shaving off some weight compared to STI-s.

I have the same hubs. Athenas. My seller told me that "actually the chorus-athena models are identical, save the greasing port, so there are lot of people who are trying to sell these as chorus, though I'd say they're athenas": : )

Athenas are gone if the guy won't retract, and of course I can ship for 45 pounds any of the two ergos.

Both shifters are from the eight speed era. Both work totally spot on.

The athenas are a bit used, but their action is smooth and nice, really good working order. The former owner probably made the scratches, cause I haven't used them for more than 3 months. :)

The mirage ergos are rebuilt. The mechanics-internals need some time to "wear in", so the shifting action is very-very positive.

The athenas have scratches. Their hoods are also worn, but not stretched. The hoods have tears on the downside, but the mirage ones have nice hoods, which were new as well when I bought them.

Both shifters cost 50 pounds SHIPPING INCLUDED.
