I think a naked PF is the last thing on my list. I might just drill the one I have and get a file out.

If you can do it yourself, do it. They are not being made bottomless, it's all manually done by someone.
I can't think of anything else you need: drill, file and a vice.

Also, umop3pisdn, they were build of 4130, but not any, US made True Temper SuperTherm .
Google it.

They we're cheaper than V1.
