Hey mate. To be honest it’s hard to say - just before I glued it there was a little bit of movement where the rails go into the slots at the rear of the saddle. Now they are glued there is no movement even when my whole weight is on the rails

Yep the narrow version is for 23c but they say 25 works on a narrow rim. Just fitted a set to my bike with Veloflex 25 and a 21 internal rim and it’s very very very tight

54 is gonna be big for you - you’d want a 50 if you don’t want to have the seat post all the way down so you have space for lights / saddle bag etc
