That looks good, and the idea of no-knead sounds right up my alley. Can you share the recipe for this? Particular after the sticky mess of making this potato bread that was finished within 30 minutes of cooling. Need to scale up production.

What's the forum approved, budget friendly 700x tyres between 35-40mm commuter tyres, perhaps with tanwall tyres but that's just a luxery.

1. Ultegra/105 crankset - Looking for the 4-bolt 110 BCD variety, ideally in black-ish and good condition. Got some TA rings I want to mount and give a go. Sorted
   
2. R7000/R8000 medium cage RD in good working order, ideally in black-ish but happy with the silver/grey variety.

Quick question, getting a second wheelset soonish.

My current beater wheels have an 11-30 and would like to use this for the trainer. I was thinking of getting an 11-34 (assuming the Shimano SS rear can handle it, which by all accounts it can). Would the current chain work for both, or should I size up a new chain for the new cassette and assume it will work fine for the 11-3o ok the occasion I go on the turbo

The other bike I was going to use a hook, similar to the Park Tools one. Only way I'd fit both bikes is having the other one mounted higher so the bars don't get in the way.

Looking to store my bikes in cupboard under stairs but found that the wall I wanted to mount to is just drywall. I was hoping there would be some studs behind but no joy. I was thinking of using some very strong adhesive plus some screw's to place a plank of wood against the drywall then use a clug mount to mount at least one of the bikes. This wouldn't be weight bearing so don't think this would be too much of a stress. The question is how to mount the other bike. Thoughts?

How would I know my tap an which one I'd need? I'm clueless on these things.

Some help on a dripping tap. I've tried to tighten the handles but there is still the drip-drip-drip. This is the offending tap.

Any ol Continental, or is there a specific one to sacrifice to the alter of the turbo?
