My wife (nurse) used to practice sticking needles into me because I had nice veins.

I use ridewithgps. I have a really old Garmin 800, I think it is still a good GPS device with mapping and turn-by-turn directions and colour display. You can pick them up mega cheap and they are pretty compact.
You can plot a route on ridewithgps and upload to the Garmin.

Pretty sure I have had it, sore throat started over a week ago then seemed to improve and then I went downhill and was really rough for a few days. Improving now.
Didn't bother trying to get a test. -

A huge Maya city has been discovered centuries after it disappeared under jungle canopy in Mexico.
Archaeologists found pyramids, sports fields, causeways connecting districts and amphitheatres in the southeastern state of Campeche.
They uncovered the hidden complex - which they have called Valeriana - using Lidar, a type of laser survey that maps structures buried under vegetation.
