I fucking love reading and drinking on the train but it's an unavoidable fact that training with young kids is a massive pain in the arse.

We just took a 5hr train to visit the in laws, trying to keep the kids entertained is just exhausting, they just fall asleep in a car, plus on the other end we had to borrow my mother in-law's car to get about as there's fuck all public transport provision.

Only solution is a range rover!

Stayed at my mother in-laws last month and she'd organised a demonstration kobold vacuum cleaners. Mrs ordered their super mega ultra pack, which has a, vacuum, steamer, window cleaner, robot vac, even has a table vacuum.

Don't get me wrong the demo was sick but it's a comically absurd amount of money to spend on a hoover.

As long as its not a glass one. I fucking hate glass tables.

I'm not sure if the kids cab one is legit (I'd guess it is as you can pay with PayPal) but there are plenty of Dutch and Belgian sites that have canopies for loads of cargo bikes for way better prices than the UK. Whether you can get it sent to the UK without a massive customs charge is another.

+1 for haier, we had one in our last place it was an absolute beast. Way cheaper than anything else comparable as well.

Bike parka cargo, they've gone up in price since I bought one but they're still only 85 quid.

For reference a £50k renovation cost would be maxing out the budget, £100k puts it in completely unattainable territory.

It all depends on your timetable and what you want to achieve but from the photos it looks fine to live in whilst you crack on. Unless there's some hidden horror, making that place nice for 50k looks easily doable.
